Pepper and Salt Restaurant – One of the Best Bistros Around

Barely 5 mins away is this delightful Bistro run by famous Pattaya Dutch chef Eddie.  He previously ran a very successful restaurant in Jomtien beach but moved over to serve the growing demands from the locals on Pattaya Hills where many of his old customers still follow him to.  The food is excellent with a choice of Thai and Western cusine.  Eddie is not one to hide away in the kitchen and will always come and introduce himself to the patrons.
